The Gone West team is driven by a passion for curating beautiful and meaningful items for the community. Over the last seven years, we have carefully selected items with the aim to evoke joy, inspire connection, and support local artisans and makers. The shop specializes in locally made items, handmade crafts, and products created with passion. In addition to our standard products, we have worked hard to gather a unique collection of products made by queer and trans makers, as well as BIPOC makers. Together with our loyal companion, Rue, the black lab dog, we work tirelessly to ensure that our customers experience not only exceptional products but also a warm and welcoming environment.
Community is the cornerstone of everything we do. We are proud to have raised funds for organizations such as Raphael House of Oregon (a local women’s shelter), The Black Resilience Fund, and a variety of Trans healthcare nonprofits. We are regularly donating auction items to local charities. By contributing to these causes, we strive to support marginalized communities and uplift our neighbors.
